How to build an exceptional bond with your children?
We are often asked this question ‘What is the key to exceptional parenting?’
Our response is Parenting is exceptional when there exists a beautiful bond between a parent and a child.
You must be wondering why is bonding required and how much time does it take for a parent to build a bond with a child?
Let us answer these questions one after the other.
Why is bonding required?
We live in a competitive world where we are afraid to lose out on our loved ones, our popularity, our friends, our capabilities etc. This constant fear leads to a sense of ‘insecurity’ among us and our children.
The best and the easiest way to deal with these insecurities is having a beautiful bonding & connection with our children.
The bond your child develops with its parents providing them with a sense of security and gives them strength.
Moving to the 2nd question ‘How long will it take to develop a strong bond with our children?’
15 Minutes of quality time is enough to develop a strong bond and connection with our children.
How can we build these bonds in ’15 minutes’?
