When one know how to look at one situation from different perspectives one develops tolerance towards co-existence in teams and relationships.

Cricket Match scene printout.


  1. Parents and children sit together in a circle.

  2. Put the ‘Cricket Match scene printout’ in the middle and watch it carefully.

  3. One person describes the scene in two – three statements.

  4. Then each member picks one character. They think about what their character must be thinking at the moment.

  5. (Characters – batsman, every fiedler, umpire, audience, people watching the match at their homes on TV,etc)

  6. Each participant voices what they think their character must be thinking.

Each individual thinks different. If there is this understanding then we can understand behaviour and actions of people each.

Arguments and fights are minimized and understanding which builds friendships is developed.
